I am experiencing connection problems with my account

If you encounter connection problems with your account, here are the steps to follow:

You will need to clear your cache and delete cookies in your browser settings.

Chrome Chrome

On your computer:

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. In the upper right corner, click on "More."
  3. Click on "More tools" > "Clear browsing data."
  4. At the top of the page, select "All time" as the time range. To delete everything, select "All time."
  5. Check the boxes next to "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files."
  6. Click "Clear data."

On your iPhone and iPad:

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app.
  2. At the bottom, tap More More.
  3. Tap History and then Clear browsing data.
  4. Make sure there’s a check mark next to "Cookies, Site Data," and "Cached Images and Files."
  5. Tap Clear browsing data.

Sur Android :

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.
  2. At the top right, tap More More.

Safari

On your Mac :

  1. In the Safari app, choose Safari > Preferences, then click on Privacy.
  2. Click on "Manage Website Data."
  3. Select "mym.fans," then click "Remove."

  1. In settings, choose Safari.
  2. Scroll down to tap on "Clear History and Website Data," "Clear," and "Close Tabs" (Note: This step will close all open tabs in Safari).
