I made a mistake on my payment details

First of all:

If you realize that you have made a mistake in your payment details, we recommend that you pause your payments until you have entered valid payment details. You can do this in your account settings, section "Payment methods" > suspend payments.


If no payment has been generated

Delete the wrong account and add the new payment method on the page Payment methods in in your account settings.

 

If a payment has been generated

Via Bank transfer

  1. Delete the wrong account and add the new payment method on the page Payment methods in in your account settings.

  2. You do not need to do anything about the payment already sent. The MYM transfer order will not be completed and our bank will report a payment default. Upon receipt of this payment default by MYM services, your balance will be automatically re-credited with the amount due.

Via PayPal (for Superstar creators)

  1. Delete the wrong account and add the new payment method on the page Payment methods in in your account settings.

  2. Contact us by pointing out the incorrect PayPal email address entered for the payment request. We will manually credit your balance.

 

Please note that it is important to verify the following 3 points before adding payment information:

1. Are the payment details entered in your account correct?
2. Are you the owner of the bank account provided?
3. Is the frequency of your payments correctly set (in the "payment details" section of your settings)?
