Your username is essential for us to identify you quickly! Please make sure it is entered correctly, including any special characters. An incorrect username might delay the processing of your request.

To assist with our investigation, please send us a screenshot of your bank account showing the charge(s), including the recipient's name, amount, and date. Also, provide the first 4 and last 4 digits of the card used, or if payment was made via PayPal, your PayPal email address. Any additional information that could help identify the transaction(s) will be useful.

Requests for refunds for non-compliant media must be made within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our terms and conditions of service.

We pay close attention to all your reports. You will generally receive a response within 5 business days or sooner.

The number can be found on the confirmation email of your purchase (check your SPAM). If you have not received anything, you can enter 0.

The order number (serial number) is present on your invoice and/or the MYM email confirming your order (check your SPAM).

Please provide us with any information that may be useful to us in processing your request. If it is a technical problem, please feel free to send us screenshots of your problem.
