On MYM, fans can take on different roles depending on their interactions with creators. These three roles help shape the content of your feed.
Subscriber
A subscriber is a fan who has purchased a subscription to a creator’s profile. This gives you access to all the content on their profile, whether public or blurred, and also allows you to purchase additional media if the creator offers it.
Former Subscriber
This role applies to a fan whose subscription to a creator has ended. You will no longer be able to access the blurred content on the creator's profile, but your previous purchases will remain available in your account.
As a "former subscriber," you can still receive special offers or gifts from the creator every 7 days via your MYM inbox.
Interested Fan
You become "interested" in a creator in several ways:
- By clicking on the star ⭐ on their profile.
- By bookmarking 🔖 one of their media posts.
- By starting a subscription process but not completing it.
- By liking ❤️ one of their public photos.
As an "interested fan," you can receive special offers or gifts from the creator every 7 days via your MYM inbox.
However, if you are "interested," you cannot access blurred content or purchase specific media. To enjoy these benefits, you will need to subscribe to the creator.
How is your feed built?
Your feed is personalized based on your interactions with creators. It includes:
- Blurred and public posts from creators you are subscribed to.
- Public posts from creators whose subscriptions you’ve let expire.
- Public posts from creators you are interested in (your favorites).
- Suggestions for new creators that might interest you.
This system allows you to discover and interact with personalized content tailored to your preferences.
