Creator or Agency?
On MYM, each Creator is free to manage their account as they wish.
While most Creators manage their accounts independently and respond to all messages themselves, some may choose to work with an Agency or use Artificial Intelligence ("AI") to help them reply to messages.
From a legal perspective
⚖️ The law does not impose any obligation to disclose, nor does it prohibit, the management of a Creator's account by a third party.
📝 However, we inform users in our Terms of Use that Creators may use Agents or AI to assist them in managing their Account, particularly for responding to messages.
⛓️ The Creator remains fully responsible for anyone they choose to manage their account and for all content posted. We have no control over how each Creator manages their account, nor can we detect whether a third party, agency, or artificial intelligence is involved in managing it.
This is why, in case of doubt, we encourage you to ask the Creator directly who is responding to your messages. It is the Creator’s responsibility to inform you transparently about who is replying.
