What is Infloww
Infloww is a platform used by creators and agencies to manage their accounts across multiple platforms. You log in with your MYM credentials, and Infloww gives you access to:
your MYM inbox with extra features like scripts, fan insights, and notes to keep track of every fan
your posts
your content library (MYM Cloud) along with tags so you always know what's already been sent and purchased
your revenue and subscriber data
user roles and permissions so you can give your team secure access (if you have one)
Your profile, your subscribers, your pricing, your MOD catalog, and your payouts all stay on MYM. Infloww is the window you work from.

The official partnership: what it means for you
Infloww is the only CRM with which MYM has an official partnership. This means:
The integration is built with us. MYM and Infloww's teams work together on the connection. The integration is authorized by MYM, and your account isn't at risk.
Support comes from both sides. If the issue comes from MYM, our support handles it. If it comes from Infloww, their support handles it. You're never bounced between the two.
MYM features are available as they are. MYM Cloud, private content requests, private shows, PPVs in your account's currency: these are your MYM features, accessible inside Infloww.
What you can do from Infloww
Chat with your fans
Pro Messages lets you keep several conversations open at once, filter your inbox, and see each fan's context — online status, total spend, and a badge if they're new — next to the conversation. You send PPVs in your account's currency, and private content requests are grouped under a dedicated filter. On top of that, with Scripts, you can build a library of preset message templates to make managing several conversations at once easier.

Manage your content
You access MYM Cloud from Infloww: upload from your computer, organize into collections, preview your posts.
Vault Pro adds a layer of organization to your library: tags, notes, suggested prices, filename search, and each file's history (purchased, sent, not sent, free).
Track your revenue
Revenue, subscribers, and engagement are all available in Infloww. You can also export your MYM transactions for any period from MYM > Revenue > Export: you'll get an email with a link to download the report.
Work with someone

What this doesn't change
Your MYM account stays your account. Your subscribers, your profile, and your pricing stay unchanged.
Your revenue is collected and paid out by MYM, as before. Infloww doesn't touch your payouts.
You keep your MYM access. You continue to post, send Push messages, and manage your promotions from MYM.
Your fans see nothing different. Your messages are sent from your MYM account.
Is it safe to connect my account?
You log in with your MYM email and password, through an integration approved by MYM. Three things to know:
⚠️ If you log in to MYM with Google, Facebook, or Apple, you'll need to create a MYM password first. The steps are in Getting Started with Infloww by Connecting Your MYM Account. You'll still be able to use Google, Facebook, or Apple to log in to MYM itself.
💡 Use a unique password, different from any you use elsewhere.
💡 Never give your MYM password to anyone, including your own team. Create Infloww access for them with their own role — that's exactly why the integration exists.
What it costs
Infloww is a third-party tool with its own pricing, independent of MYM. Rates are on infloww.com.
On MYM's side, connecting your account to Infloww comes with no fees and doesn't change your commission.
FAQ
Do I need to leave MYM to use Infloww? No. You keep full access to MYM and can keep working from MYM whenever you want.
Do I lose any MYM features? No. Some actions still happen from MYM only — see the question about Push messages below.
Can I send Push messages from Infloww? Not today. Push messages (mass messages to your subscribers, former subscribers, and interested users) are sent from MYM.
Can I manage several MYM accounts? Yes. You can add as many creator accounts as you want and switch between them with tabs.
Is it compatible with my other platforms? Yes. Infloww also handles OnlyFans, Fansly, and Fanvue, with MYM sitting alongside them.
What devices does it work on? Infloww is only available as a desktop app.
Can I disconnect my MYM account from Infloww? Yes, you can. Just go to Manage Creators < Remove.
