Messages Pro is Infloww’s advanced messaging space, now available for MYM. It is designed to handle multiple conversations simultaneously without losing track, with each fan’s context right in front of you.

What Messages Pro Adds
Creator tabs. Switch from one account to another without losing your place in the current conversation.
Fan tabs. Keep multiple conversations open side by side and navigate between them.
Inbox filters. Isolate conversations that require priority attention (such as those with private media requests) instead of scrolling through the entire list.
Fan signals. Next to each conversation, you see the fan’s online status, subscription status, total spending on your account, and a badge if they are new or have requested private content. You decide who to respond to first without opening each thread.
Creator notes. Leave notes on an account, visible to people working with you.
Vault Pro. Your media library is accessible from the conversation: search for a file by name and send it without leaving the chat. Additionally, each file is tagged to avoid sending duplicate content to the fan.
PPV in the account’s currency. Your paid content is priced in the currency set on the creator account.
Push notifications. You are alerted when a fan sends a private content request, then again when they accept your price.
How to Access It
Once your creator account is connected to Infloww:
- Select the mym platform
- Choose Messages Pro
- Open a creator account, then a conversation
If you work as a team, access is managed in Settings > Role Settings: enable the Messages Pro and mym Vault Pro permissions for the relevant roles. See Working as a team on your MYM account without sharing your password.
Private Content Requests
Messages Pro has a Requests filter that displays conversations where a fan has submitted a private content request.
From this conversation, you can ask questions to clarify the request, confirm details, and send a custom price. You receive a notification when the request arrives, then a second one when the fan accepts your price. You then deliver the content in the conversation, drawing from Vault Pro if it already exists.

Vault Pro is there so you can find a file in seconds right in the chat.
- Upload your photos and videos, and edit them one by one or in bulk
- Assign tags, notes, suggested prices, and file names
- Search your library by file name
- See the status of each file at a glance: purchased, sent, not sent, free
💡 The file name is your search engine. Name your media with the words you will actually type to find them, not with what your phone generated.
What Remains on MYM
Push messages — your mass messages to subscribers, former subscribers, and interested users — are sent from MYM.
Your notification history remains available in mym Manager, the standard MYM view in Infloww.

- Send at least one Push every 7 days to former subscribers and interested users — that is, fans who have favorited content, liked it, or viewed its price without purchasing
- Always include a teaser in your Push messages
- Group up to 5 items in a single Push to increase perceived value
- Use time-limited offers to create a sense of urgency
- Dedicate your chat time to your most engaged fans: total spending displayed in Messages Pro shows you who they are
- Feed your MOD catalog with media from your Push messages: they keep selling after sending
