If you have paid a Creator for a private media request and have not received it yet, here's what you can do:
- Creators have 72 hours to create their private media once you have made the payment. If this deadline has not been exceeded, don't worry, please be patient a little longer.😊
- You can relaunch the Creator by sending a
in the message box, so that your request will go back to the top of their messages.
- If despite your best efforts the media is still not received after 72 hours, contact Customer Service to request a refund for the media.
