Certification

A certified account allows you to obtain a badge next to your username  and to be able to receive your payments securely.
Most importantly: You will only have a profile that is really visible to fans once you are certified on MYM.

Certify My Profile

If you have not already done so, go to the "Certify my account" page. All of the conditions below must be validated to obtain certification. You must:

1. Have 3 online media on your feed
2. Send your contact details
   
   • Your official contact details must be entered on your profile: First name/Last name/Address. Please note, all of this information must be correct and up to date.
     
   • Your first and last name must perfectly match your identity document.
   • If you are married, enter your maiden name.
3. Confirm your mobile phone
   
   • Your mobile number must be added to your account and be confirmed with a unique code received by SMS.
4. Attach an identity document
   
   • It can be a Passport or an Identity Card. The proof of identity must be valid. Health insurance cards, driver's licenses, or residence permits are not accepted.
5. Attach a safety selfie
   
   • Hold in your hand your valid identification document. Take a selfie photo with your identity document clearly visible and attach it to the certification page. Your face should appear completely, without accessories (glasses, hat, etc.) and without a filter.

In which cases can my certification be refused?

All MYM rules must be scrupulously followed for your certification to be accepted. Note that an account that does not comply with the terms of use may have its certification withdrawn.

Among the reasons for refusal, here are the most common:

• Identity card: does not correspond to profile photos
  👉 An account must be personal. The content that you add to your feed or that you send as private media must be media from you. If our team detects that you do not have rights for certain posted content, certification will not be authorized.
  
  
• Identity card - does not correspond to the surname/first name or date of birth of the account
  👉 The information indicated in your profile must perfectly match the information on your identity document. If you are married, enter your maiden name. Update your account and request a new certification.
  
  
• Identity card - illegible or partial
  👉 Your identification document must be of adequate quality to be able to identify all the information (fairly large size + HD quality). Nothing should be hidden. Attach the document again and make another request for certification.
  
  
• Incorrect postal address
  👉 All the information entered in your MYM account must be true and correct. Update your account before requesting a new certification.
  
  
• Selfie - hidden or cut-off face
  👉 On your verification selfie, your face should not be cut off. It must not contain any accessories, filters or have been modified or altered. Take your selfie again and re-submit your certification.
  
  
• Selfie - identity card unreadable or partially visible
  👉 For your verification selfie to be correct your identity card in your hand in a clearly visible manner. Take a selfie photo of yourself and attach it to the certification page.
  
  
• Double account on MYM 
  👉 If you already have an active account of the same type (ambassador / creator / fan) on the platform, it will be impossible for you to obtain certification for a second account of the same type. Your second account will be automatically blocked.
  
  
• Incorrect company registration certificate format
  👉 It is imperative to have a photographer account (and not creator account) if you intend to broadcast media that do not represent you but for which you have the rights of diffusion. You will also need to have a professional account by submitting an official document of professional activity. You will be able to make these changes in your settings; section "personal information".
