Dear Creators, the General Terms of Services are the document that governs our relationship in your daily use of MYM.
- You will register for free to the Platform. To start sharing your content with your Subscribers.
- You will go through a certification process before being listed among our Creators. By verifying your identity and publishing some public Media.
- You set the price of your Media as you see fit. However, you may be subject to certain limits.
- You can sponsor other Creators. You'll earn 10% of their earnings for 3 years.
- You'll become a Superstar and be better referenced. If you have at least 50 Subscribers per month, post two Media every week and respond to your Subscribers' requests within 48 hours.
- You will post lawful Media. Your content is automatically moderated by automatic means of detection, and may be reported by our Users if it is illicit (counterfeiting, presence of third parties without consent...).
- You will be fiscally and socially responsible. The income you derive from MYM is taxable and must be declared to the tax authorities.
- You will be penalized if you fail to comply with these conditions. You must respect the terms and conditions, otherwise your account may be suspended or deleted. You have a right of recourse.
- We are committed to fighting all forms of exploitation. We fight against the illegal exploitation of content creators.
- Your data is protected. MYM takes the privacy of its users very seriously. Read more about our privacy policy.
