Get started on Infloww by connecting your MYM account

It’s official — MYM is now available on Infloww! Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you add and manage your MYM creator account on Infloww. By connecting your MYM account to Infloww, you centralize all your activity in one place and save valuable time every day. 

At the moment, the integration is available in the browser, and support for professional messaging will be rolled out in future versions.

What the MYM integration allows you to do

Once your MYM account is connected to Infloww, you will be able to:

  • View content: preview and manage posts from your account

  • Manage content: upload content directly from your computer and organize it into collections

  • Track performance: access revenue, subscriber data, and engagement metrics

  • Manage access: define roles and permissions

  • Schedule shifts: organize the schedules of your MYM chat 

  • Centralized management: manage MYM alongside your other platforms in Infloww

1. Create your Infloww account

Never used Infloww before? No worries! Start by creating your account, and then you’ll be able to easily connect your MYM account.

2. Download the Infloww app

Once your account is created, download the Infloww app to access all features.

3. Connect your MYM account to Infloww

Connect a MYM creator account to an existing creator profile on Infloww

Is your creator account already on Infloww via other platforms? Here’s how to connect your MYM account.

  • Go to Creators in your Infloww dashboard

  • Click on the Manage Creators tab

  • Find the row corresponding to the existing creator

  • Under Action, click the three dots, then Link another account

  • In the pop-up window, select MYM

  • Enter your MYM login credentials

  • Click Done

Connect a new MYM creator account on Infloww

Is your creator account not yet on Infloww? Here’s how to connect your MYM account.

  • Go to Creators in your Infloww dashboard

  • Click on the Manage Creators tab

  • Click + Add Creator

  • Enter the creator’s name, image, and gender

  • Click Next

  • In the pop-up window, select MYM

  • Enter the creator’s MYM credentials

  • Click Done

⚠️If you log in to MYM using your Gmail, Facebook, or Apple account, you must create a MYM password to access Infloww.
Access to Infloww requires a MYM password. You simply need to create a password linked to your MYM email address.

Steps to follow:

  1. Log out of your creator account on MYM.

  2. Go to the MYM login page.

  3. Click on “Forgot password.”

  4. Follow the instructions to create a new password.

  5. Then use your email + password to log in to Infloww.

💡Good to know: You can still log in to your MYM account via Google, Facebook, and Apple. The new password will mainly be used for logging into your Infloww account.

Manage your MYM content from Infloww

Yes. Infloww allows you to:

  • Preview and manage your MYM posts

  • Upload content from your computer

  • Organize your content into collections

With Infloww, you can also manage your inbox and send personalized PPV content more easily.

Manage MYM messages from Infloww

To manage your inbox, you must first connect your account to Infloww. Once connected:

  • Click on Messages

From there, you can:

  • Read and reply to private messages

  • Send personalized PPV content

  • Start a private show with a fan

Import content into MYM Cloud via Infloww

You can access MYM Cloud and upload content from your computer via Infloww. To upload content:

  • Click on MYM Cloud

  • Go to Collections

  • Open an existing collection or create a new one

  • Select Manage > Add
