Messages Pro is Infloww's advanced messaging workspace, now available for MYM. It is built to hold several conversations at once without losing the thread, with each fan's context in front of you.

What Messages Pro adds
Creator tabs. Switch between accounts without losing your place in the conversation you are in.
Fan tabs. Keep several conversations open side by side and move between them.
Inbox filters. Isolate the conversations that need attention first (like ones with private media requests) instead of scrolling the whole list.
Fan Signals. Next to each conversation you see the fan's online status, their subscription status, their lifetime spend on your account, and a badge if they are new or have requested private media. You decide who to answer first without opening every thread.
Creator notes. Leave notes on an account, visible to the people working with you.
Vault Pro. Your media library is available from inside the conversation: search a file by name and send it without leaving the chat. Plus, each file is labelled so you avoid sending duplicate content to the fan.
PPVs in the account's currency. Your paid content is priced in the currency set on the creator account.
Push notifications. You are alerted when a fan sends a private content request, and again when they accept your price.
How to reach it
Once your creator account is connected to Infloww :
- Select mym platform
- Choose Messages Pro
- Open a creator account, then a conversation
If you work with a team, access is set in Settings > Role Settings: enable the Messages Pro and mym Vault Pro permissions for the relevant roles. See Work as a team on your MYM account without sharing your password.
Private content requests
Messages Pro has a Requests filter that shows the conversations where a fan has submitted a private content request.
From that conversation you can ask questions to pin down the request, confirm the details, and send a custom price. You get a notification when the request comes in, and a second one when the fan accepts your price. You then deliver the content in the conversation, pulling it from Vault Pro if it already exists.
Organising your library with Vault Pro
Vault Pro is there so you can find a file in seconds mid-chat.
- Upload your photos and videos, and edit them one by one or in bulk
- Set labels, notes, suggested prices and file names
- Search your library by file name
- See each file's status at a glance: purchased, sent, unsent, free
💡 The file name is your search engine. Name your media with the words you will actually type when looking for them, not with whatever your phone generated.
What stays on MYM
Push messages — your mass messages to subscribers, former subscribers and interested users — are sent from MYM.
Your notification history stays available in mym Manager, Infloww's standard MYM view.
Getting the most out of your conversations
- Send at least one Push every 7 days to former subscribers and interested users — meaning the fans who bookmarked a piece of content, liked it, or checked its price without buying
- Always include a teaser in your Push messages
- Bundle up to 5 items in a single Push to raise the perceived value
- Use limited-time offers to create urgency
- Spend your chat time on your most engaged fans: the lifetime spend shown in Messages Pro tells you who they are
- Feed your MOD catalog with the media from your Push messages: they keep selling after the send
