What Infloww is
Infloww is a platform used by creators and agencies to manage their accounts across several platforms. You log in with your MYM credentials, and Infloww gives you access to:
- your MYM inbox with additional features like scripts, fan insights, and notes so you can keep track of all your fans
- your posts
- your content library (MYM Cloud) plus labels so you'll always know what's already been sent and purchased
- your earnings and subscriber data
- User roles and permissions so you can safely grant your team access (if you have one)
Your profile, your subscribers, your prices, your MOD catalog and your payouts all stay on MYM. Infloww is the window you work from.

The official partnership: what it means for you
Infloww is the only CRM MYM has an official partnership with. This means:
The integration is built with us. The MYM and Infloww teams work on the connection together. The integration is authorised by MYM, and your account is not at risk.
Support comes from both sides. If the problem is on MYM's side, our support handles it. If it is on Infloww's side, their support handles it. You are not bounced between the two.
MYM features come through as they are. MYM Cloud, private content requests, private shows, PPVs in your account's currency: these are your MYM features, available inside Infloww.

Chat with your fans
Messages Pro lets you keep several conversations open at once, filter your inbox, and see each fan's context — online status, lifetime spend, and a badge if they are new — next to the conversation. You send PPVs in your account's currency, and private content requests are grouped under a dedicated filter. Plus, with Scripts, you can build a library of pre-defined message templates so it becomes even easier to keep multiple conversations going at

Manage your content
You reach MYM Cloud from Infloww: upload from your computer, organise into collections, preview your posts.
Vault Pro adds a layer of organisation on top of your library: labels, notes, suggested prices, search by file name, and each file's history (purchased, sent, unsent, free).
Track your earnings
Earnings, subscribers and engagement are all available in Infloww. You can also export your MYM transactions for any period from MYM > Income > Export: you receive an email with the download link for the report.
Work with someone
You create one access per person, each with its own permissions, and you schedule chat shifts. See Work as a team on your MYM account without sharing your password.

What it does not change
- Your MYM account stays your account. Your subscribers, your profile and your prices are untouched.
- Your earnings are collected and paid out by MYM, as before. Infloww is not involved in your payments.
- You keep your MYM access. You keep posting, sending Push messages and running your promotions from MYM.
- Your fans see nothing. Your messages go out from your MYM account.
Is it safe to connect my account?
You connect with your MYM email and password, through an integration approved by MYM. Three things to know:
⚠️ If you log in to MYM with Google, Facebook or Apple, you need to create a MYM password first. The steps are in Get started on Infloww by connecting your MYM account. You will still be able to use Google, Facebook or Apple to log in to MYM itself.
💡 Use a unique password, different from the one you use elsewhere.
💡 Never give your MYM password to anyone, including your own team. Create an Infloww access for them with their own role — that is precisely what the integration exists for.
What it costs
Infloww is a third-party tool with its own pricing, independent from MYM. Pricing is on infloww.com.
On MYM's side, connecting your account to Infloww adds no fee and does not change your commission.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to leave MYM to use Infloww?
No. You keep full access to MYM and can keep working from MYM whenever you prefer.
Do I lose any MYM features?
No. Some actions are still done from MYM — see the question on Push messages below.
Can I send Push messages from Infloww?
Not today. Push messages (mass messages to your subscribers, former subscribers and interested users) are sent from MYM.
Can I manage several MYM accounts?
Yes. You add as many creator accounts as you need and switch between them with tabs.
Does it work with my other platforms?
Yes. Infloww also handles OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue, and MYM sits alongside them.
On which devices?
Infloww is only available as a desktop app.
Can I disconnect my MYM account from Infloww?
Yes, you can. Simply go to Manage Creators < Delete.
