Have you disabled your subscription renewal, or has it come to an end? You can reactivate it or resubscribe to the creator at any time.
My subscription is still active: reactivate renewal
If you have disabled renewal but your subscription has not ended yet:
- Go to the My account tab.
- Select My subscriptions.
- Click the creator concerned.
- Click “Extend subscription”.
Automatic renewal is then reactivated: your subscription will continue without interruption on the anniversary date.
My subscription has ended: resubscribe
If your subscription has ended, you can resubscribe:
- from My account > My subscriptions, in the “ended” tab, by clicking the creator concerned;
- or directly from the creator’s profile, by clicking Subscribe.
A new subscription then starts, with a new anniversary date.
ℹ️ Good to know: if you have already benefited from a discount of more than 50% from this creator during the past six months, a new discount at this level cannot be applied to your resubscription.
What you keep between two subscriptions
- The media you purchased remain accessible, even after your subscription ends.
- The Push media sent free of charge by the creator also remain accessible.
- However, the free private media that the creator sent to you personally are no longer accessible once the subscription has ended.
