In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, subscriptions on mym are commitment-free and automatically renewed at the end of each period until you disable renewal.
When is my subscription renewed?
Your subscription is renewed on its anniversary date, meaning the same day of the month as the day you subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on March 12, your subscription will be renewed on April 12, then May 12, and so on.
👉 To find out this date, go to My account > My subscriptions, then click the relevant creator: “Subscribed until…” indicates the end of the current period, and the renewal status (enabled or disabled) is displayed just below.
How can I avoid a renewal?
⚠️ Disable renewal at least 24 hours before the anniversary date. If you disable it after this date, the subscription will be renewed and will remain active until the following month.

Can I get a refund for a renewal?
No. Subscriptions and their renewals are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Once the renewal has been processed, it cannot be refunded: your subscription remains active until the end of the new period.
I benefited from a discount: what price will I pay afterward?
Promotions offered by creators apply only to the first month of the subscription, and a discount code can be used only once. Starting with the following renewal, you will therefore pay the regular price of the subscription, set by the creator.
ℹ️ Please note: with the same creator, you can benefit from only one discount of more than 50% (promotion or discount code) every six months.
How does the renewal appear on my statement?
Like all payments made on mym, it appears under the name AIR MEDIAS on your bank statement or PayPal account. Don’t recognize it? See I don’t recognize a payment on my statement.
