Using a discount voucher

Creators can create discount vouchers for their fans. Each voucher is defined by:

• ✅ a name;
• ✅ an expiration date (the duration can be unlimited);
• ✅ a discount on the monthly subscription or on media;
• ✅ an amount in % (from 1% to 100%) or in € (from €1 to €500);
• ✅ a maximum number of uses (optional).

Rules to know

👉 A discount voucher is for single use: you can use it only once, for a single purchase, regardless of the amount offered.

👉 It is valid either for the subscription or for paid media (private media and MOD), depending on what the creator has chosen, but not for both.

👉 Discounts cannot be combined. If a creator offers both a promotion on the first month of a subscription and a discount voucher, the offer that is most advantageous for you is always applied automatically.

👉 With the same creator, you can benefit from only one discount greater than 50% (promotion or discount voucher) every six months.

You will still need to enter your payment details, even with a 100% discount.
