First, check your purchase history
To find the details of a purchase, log in to your account, then go to My purchase history. You will also receive a confirmation email after each payment on the platform.
👉 Also check that no one close to you has used your payment method or your account.
Your card or PayPal account was used without your consent
If your bank card or PayPal account was stolen and used on mym without your consent, send us:
- a copy of the police report;
- the signed theft report;
- a confirmation that your bank card has been blocked.
A sworn statement will not be accepted. Without these documents, we will be unable to process your refund.
⚠️ In the event of fraud or attempted fraud (stolen bank card, fraudulent chargeback), mym will forward the case to its legal department and take collection measures. The case will be brought to the attention of the user's bank, along with all known information (IP addresses, mailing address, payment details, email address, phone number, exchanges with creators, etc.), and then forwarded to a judicial officer, who will serve the individual with a formal notice.
Payment security and privacy
We use reliable and secure payment systems, and your connection to the site is always encrypted.
No personal information related to your payment is shared with creators: they can only see your username.
