Several payment methods are available on mym to pay securely: credit card, PayPal, or cryptocurrency. If your payment is declined, here's how to unblock it.
Credit card payment
The reason for the decline may be indicated on your payment error page: it provides information about the issue encountered.
👉 Solution 1: try again using a different payment terminal. To do this, click Pay via PayPal: you will be redirected to another terminal that will allow you to pay by credit card, even if you clicked the PayPal button.
👉 Solution 2: try again with a different credit card, or pay via PayPal.
PayPal payment
All my payments are declined
Your PayPal account may not have sufficient funds, or you may have exceeded the authorized daily payment limits.
👉 Solution: try again via PayPal 24 hours later, or pay by credit card.
I received a confirmation email from PayPal
Check the email subject: it may be a payment authorization, rather than a confirmation. Even if PayPal accepts the payment, our terminal may decline the transaction.
👉 Solution: pay by credit card, or wait 24 hours before trying again via PayPal.
Too many attempts?
For security reasons, payment terminals may decline transactions after too many attempts. If you cannot change your payment method, stop trying for 24 hours, then try again.
