On mym, you can save one or more bank cards so you don’t have to enter your information every time you make a purchase.
👉 Save a card during a payment
When paying (subscription, media, tip, etc.), enter your bank card information and then check the box “Save this card for next time” before confirming your payment.
Your card will then be saved and automatically offered for your future purchases. You can repeat the process to save multiple cards.
👉 Bank verification is always required
For your security, even when your card is saved, your bank will ask you to confirm each payment (via its app, a code received by text message, etc.). This is called 3D Secure authentication. This step protects your card against fraudulent use: saving your card saves you time when entering your information without compromising the security of your payments.
👉 Find and delete my saved cards
To view your saved cards, go to Account, then My payment methods.
You’ll find a list of your saved cards there. To delete one, click the 🗑️ trash can icon on the line for the card you want to remove.
If you don’t have any saved cards, the message “You don’t have a saved bank card” will be displayed. Simply check the option the next time you make a payment.
