If you want to keep a fan away, you now have the possibility to be totally autonomous via 3 possible solutions:
Mute a subscriber
First of all, you can mute him. To do this, click on the button at the top right of the chat with this subscriber.
- The Fan will no longer receive any emails or Push offers from you
- You will no longer be notified in the event of a request for private content from him
- The Fan will continue to enjoy your feed until the end of his subscription and will be able to extend it or subscribe again.
Note that it is also possible to mute a former subscriber and a follower. They will no longer receive push offers from you if they are muted.
Block after the end of a subscription
We suggest you let the subscriber enjoy his subscription but prevent him from extending it and therefore from subscribing again later.
This option is directly accessible to you on the top right of the chat with this subscriber. You can also access it via the Tools section of the menu, then My subscribers.
Block immediately
This option allows you to immediately stop the current subscription by refunding the fan and also to prevent him/her from resubscribing.
This option is directly accessible to you on the top right of the chat with this subscriber. You can also access it via the Tools section of the menu, then "My subscribers".
Note that more important sanctions (ranging from an official warning to exclusion from the platform) can be applied in case of behavior that would not be in line with our terms of use.
