As a creator, you can edit discount vouchers for your fans. You can access them via the Tools menu item, then " Discount vouchers".
Here are the various options available to you:
✅ Coupon name (must be unique on the platform)
✅ Use-by date (can be unlimited)
✅ Discount on monthly subscriptions or media
✅ Discount in % (from 1% to 100%) or in € (from 1€ to 500€)
✅ Maximum number of uses (optional)
Please note the points below concerning the use of these vouchers by your fans:
👉 Vouchers are single-use (regardless of the amount offered by the creator), they can only use them once, for a single purchase on MYM.
👉 For the same creator, coupon codes > 50% on subscription can only be used once every 6 months per fan.
👉 Vouchers are valid for either monthly subscriptions or pay-per-view media, i.e. Push, Mod, Private Media (depending on which you choose) but not both.
👉 Finally, your fans will still have to enter their payment details even if they get 100% off their purchase.
We recommend limiting the use of your discount vouchers either by time or by the number of users.
