What is MYM Cloud for?
MYM Cloud is MYM's media management tool. It allows you to store, organize, and manage your content directly on the platform.
Its modernized version improves performance and introduces advanced features such as multiple selection, renaming, and deleting collections.
We recommend that you use MYM Cloud regularly to optimize your content management and increase efficiency.
Access and Use
Where can I find MYM Cloud?
You can access MYM Cloud from the Settings and/or Tools section of your account.
It is available from:
- The Feed
- Push/mod
- Story
- Private Media
Is there a storage limit on MYM Cloud?
Storage is unlimited.
What is the maximum size of a media file?
The maximum allowed size per file is 5 GB.
Is there a limit on media imports?
Yes. You can import up to 20 files maximum per upload.
⚠️ If you import more than 20 files:
- Only the last 20 files will be considered
- Other files will not be imported
- An error message will appear
Collections
Can I delete a collection?
Yes, you can delete a collection at any time.
Deleting a collection does not delete the media it contains.
Can I rename a collection?
Yes, you can rename a collection at any time.
⚠️Conditions:
- The name must be unique (two collections cannot have the same name)
- It is limited to 100 characters
- The field cannot be empty (the validation button will remain inactive)
- All words are accepted
Can I add media to a collection?
Yes, you can add media to your collections.
⚠️Accepted formats:
- Images: JPG, PNG, WEBP
- Videos: MP4, MOV
Can I delete or move media?
Yes, you can:
- Delete media from a collection
- Move media from one collection to another
👉 If you delete media from the “All Media” section, it will be permanently deleted, including from all collections.
Why are some media files not imported?
Several reasons may explain this issue:
- You exceed the limit of 20 files per import
- The file format is not supported
- An error occurred during upload
