What are promotional campaigns for?
They allow you to offer a discount on the first month of subscription to more easily attract new subscribers and boost your conversions.
How do I create a campaign?
Go to Settings > Promotions, then click on New Campaign.
Then choose the percentage of discount you want to offer, from 5% to 100%, for the first month of subscription.
đ Your campaign can be disabled at any time from your settings.
For what period does the discount apply?
The promotion is valid only on the first month of subscription.
Can I have multiple campaigns at the same time?
No, only one campaign can be active at a time. The new campaign automatically replaces the previous one.
Can a fan combine multiple discounts?
No. Discounts cannot be combined. If multiple offers are available, the most advantageous one for the fan is automatically applied.
Example: if a promotional campaign offers a 50% discount and a promo code offers 70%, the fan will benefit from the 70% discount.
Note: A fan can only benefit from one discount greater than 50% (promotion or discount voucher) every six months with the same creator.
